	WE PROPOSE TO YOU THAT YOU PLEASE CONSIDER: The Federation of the Sub-Saharan Africa Nations – to be a nation second to none. The Largest Boycott in History can obtain a $1 Billion Perpetual Trust for Black American leaders to assist achieving critical mass for such a federation – if African leaders welcome it. The purpose is a general prosperity in Africa – and to see that a Genocide Against Christians in Africa or Genocide Against Black Africans never happens again ever. The Trust will own a jet. The plan is that American Black leaders can repeatedly visit the leaders of African nations – if the African leaders are willing – to obtain a critical mass of presidents to rise to the occasion of creating the Federation of Sub-Saharan African Nations – a nation second to none on earth. The Trust can convene even monthly Assemblies of Sub-Saharan Africa Black Leaders. Sub-Saharan Africa can become rich – advancing from poverty to prosperity in one generation, and from prosperity to wealth in the next generation – by the same method that coastal China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore used to rise from destitution-to-wealth quickly: the necessary foundation, the locomotive of modern economies: Mandatory School Homework Schools – plus civil liberties, property rights, free trade. 	A ONCE-IN-A-CENTURY, LARGEST BOYCOTT IN HISTORY CAN OBTAIN: The Revolution Against Caste What Chinese intellectuals did that raised up China: One hundred years ago, Chinese intellectuals made a short-list of what needed to be done so China could rise up from its calamitous situation. Right near the top of the list: School homework to be made mandatory rather than voluntary. This was insightful about the real roots of wealth and power.
