The United Nations is a part of the problem
The U.N. could at any time have successfully raised the issue of Genocide
Against African Christians in Sudan. The issue could have been raised
daily by the U.N. to (1) the U.S. media, to (2) the European media, to (3)
the White House, to (4) the United States Congress that calls by the word
genocide, the Genocide Against Christians in Sudan.
Alas, the U.N. is beholden to the seventy-four Muslim nations and,
according to March 2004 lengthy reports in the Wall Street Journal,
completely corrupted by the oil-for-food, multi-billion dollar slush fund.
Secret, personal bank accounts in Panama and so on, a very sordid mess.
Sudanese Christians are the ones who have suffered the awful consequences.

A ONCE-IN-A-CENTURY, LARGEST BOYCOTT
IN HISTORY CAN OBTAIN:
Nightly News Coverage is Required
The American people support that there be nightly positive coverage on
the news of The Largest Boycott in History itself and its leaders,
including Rev. Jesse L. Jackson, Sr. if he will be a leader – or there
will be no Settlement Meetings. Each of NBC, ABC, CBS parent
corporations must pay $3,000,000 per day of Non-coverage.
This nation has had enough of silence about Genocide.
Settlement Meetings in progress would be abruptly suspended – until
positive, non-patronizing, nightly coverage resumes, and,
Until there has been an apology on the nightly news for any
condescending coverage.
Being against media silence about genocide is a good thing, not a bad
thing.
Media condescension is unacceptable to the people of this nation.
We propose to you the policy of All for One, One for All:
That a Group of Leaders agree to sign-off together on the Settlement of
The Largest Boycott in History. Including, Rev. Jesse L. Jackson, Sr.,
George E. Curry, Editor-in-Chief, NNPA/BlackPressUSA, Bruce S. Gordon,
President, NAACP.
[The above names are mentioned without authorization, and express mere
hopes].
Each signatory agrees not to accept any board member or consulting
position at a television network.
Largest Boycott will deal with board members only.
When Mahatma Gandhi was on shipboard from India to London, he asserted
that he was bound by agreements with his fellows to insist on what he
came to insist upon and therefore would not negotiate.
The Meetings are Magna Carta II Meetings:
These televised Settlement Meetings will not be across a conference
table.
Rather, across a 25-foot square of tables. With separate entrances.
Genocide calls for a correct formality to honor the over 3,000,000
murdered Black Christians. The visual record of these meetings will
endure for 1,000 years and be seen in school textbooks. Genocide is not
for Geniality.

A ONCE-IN-A-CENTURY, LARGEST BOYCOTT IN
HISTORY CAN OBTAIN:
We are owed substantially
The television network parent corporation may find it so arduous to
settle – so complicated to set even Preliminary Settlement Meetings –
all while losing millions of dollars every day from cancelled
advertising –
That they may, and should, and must, offer $1,000,000+ sums per month as
Contribution/ Operating Expenses to such as (1) Rainbow/PUSH Coalition,
(2) NAACP, (3) NNPA/BlackPressUSA, and (4) Gathering-of-Eagles.net.
It is expected by the nation. It is assumed by The Largest Boycott in
History. Otherwise, do not contact us.
Silence about Genocide Against Christians in Sudan, Silence about
Genocide Against Black Africans in Sudan, and Silence about daily
anti-Jewish violence in Europe, are gravely serious, national matters
than which there is no more serious matter.
National Honor Awards.
$1,000,000 per month needs, in justice, to be paid to each of 50 Black
Newspapers and 50 participating Black radio stations
Each of the 100 largest television advertisers and the television
network parent corporations (except News Corp., the sole media company
that recognizes Genocide Against Christians in Sudan and Genocide
Against Black Africans in Sudan) is expected by the television viewers
and Black America to offer to contribute in real-time, month-by-month,
to the income of each of 50 Black newspapers and news services, 50
participating Black radio stations, and to ten Jewish community
newspapers. For 12 months.
Every Black newspaper can have its own correspondent in Sudan,
uncovering the horror.
This small, easy, $110 Million total per month/$1.3 Billion total,
National Honor Awards simply recognize that blunders were made that are
inexcusable. These are Apology Funds.
Plus $1,000,000+ total to each of another 100 mainstream U.S. Black
newspapers.
National Honor Awards to Black Publishers and News Services:
There must be ten National Honor Awards to Black press publishers for
excellence in attention to the matters of the ‘Historic Letter to Rev.
Jesse L. Jackson, Sr.’: One award of $10 million, one of $9 million, one
of $8 million, one of $7 million, one of $6 million and so on.
PLUS: Twenty-five $1,000,000 National Honor Awards to Black syndicated
columnists.
The great, powerful, confident, Black people, aroused!
This is the biggest corporate scandal in history. This makes
Enron and Bhopal look like a boy stealing an apple from an apple
orchard.

HISTORY CAN OBTAIN:
Much more advertising in Black Newspapers and News Services
The American people support that Largest Boycott Settlement must
properly include not less than $25 million in guaranteed advertising
over five years in each – that’s each – of 50 selected, mainstream Black
newspapers, and 50 participating, major Black radio stations, and ten
municipal Jewish newspapers –
By the television network parent corporations, and, those among the 100
largest television advertisers that have advertised on television
networks that after Congress asserted ‘genocide’, did not report on
Genocide Against Christians in Sudan.
Nor reported on Genocide Against Black Africans in Sudan.
Nor reported on daily anti-Jewish violence in Europe.
With $100,000 per month Late Payment Penalties agreed in signed legal
contracts.
THIS MONEY IS OUR MONEY ALREADY:
Black America pays for – through purchases – over $7 billion a year in
television advertising alone. $7 Billion a year on television that has
conveyed to us that Genocide Against Black People is a non-event about a
non-people.
(Total annual U.S. television advertising is $60 billion. The Black
share, $7.2 billion).
Black America has paid $100 billion dollars over 15 years for television
advertising alone – $100 billion on television networks that ignore
Genocide Against Black People.
We would not have thrown away our $100 billion if the television
networks had informed us in advance that they do not cover Genocide
Against Black Christians.
Black America has had $100 billion dollars stolen from us.
Maybe we demand our money back.
THEREFORE: This modest advertising expenditure – $2.75 billion total –
is likely too low. Unjustly low. It may well be increased.
No one in the national media supports what has happened. But it did
happen. Got to pay up.

It is to be a Largest Boycott
settlement requirement:

Publishers of up to 200 Black Newspapers.
Caveat: subject to change or rescission.
The PLAN: Each publisher/editor can apply for $10,000 per week for each
editorial with the theme, “OBSERVE THE BOYCOTT.”
Liberal and conservative political journals all support us
The National Honor Awards of $1 Million a month for 12 months – and $25
million in guaranteed advertising – apply also to 5 to-be-selected
liberal political journals and 5 to-be-selected conservative political
journals, paper or online, who best cover (1) Genocide Against
Christians in Sudan, Genocide Against Black Africans in Sudan, and daily
anti-Semitic violence in Europe, and, (2) The Largest Boycott in
History.
Genocide against Black people matters and must draw the attention of the
world.

WE PROPOSE THAT:
Potentially $1 million to attend meetings:
Each of up to 1,000 Black editors, leaders, business people, attorneys
and other leaders invited to the Rolling Thunder Assemblies in Los
Angeles receive a potential $1 million in a basket of New York Stock
Exchange Blue Chip stocks, at the Federal Beneficial Initial Public
Offering – for attending this and any subsequent meetings in Los
Angeles. Caveats noted everywhere.
The dominant culture always arranges great wealth for itself.
A major, once-in-a-century, boycott is the most powerful social
instrument known to history, excepting only a major nation-state and a
major war.

A ONCE-IN-A-CENTURY, LARGEST BOYCOTT IN
HISTORY CAN OBTAIN:
There is a Watergate-magnitude Problem for
The first Television Network Target
The Settlement Meetings must properly include public review of the
entirety of every minute – with stop-and-pause at will – of the news
video for the past 10 and more years of any and all claimed news
coverage of:
(1) Genocide Against Christians in southern Sudan,
(2) Genocide Against Black Africans in western Sudan, and
(3) Daily anti-Semitic violence in Europe.
If our assertions are incorrect, the television network will be
delighted to show to the nation all video of any claimed news coverage.
Especially from 1999 onwards, after (1) Congress and the (2) Wall Street
Journal and (3) Fox News asserted, Genocide.
(News Executives will convey to the Board Members the absolutely
horrifying, nightmare, stunning fact that they don’t have any news
video to be shown).
This requirement that the news video be shown presents the television
network with a dilemma of epic proportions:
The DILEMMA:
Does the First Television Network target claim that they have in fact
covered Genocide Against Christians in Sudan? And,
Does the television network claim that they have in fact covered
Genocide Against Black Africans in Sudan
as-being-genocide-and-not-as-last-week’s-hunger-crisis? And,
Does the television network claim that they have in fact covered
daily anti-Jewish violence in Europe?

Does the television network make the stunning admission – to an
incredulous Congress,
to an aroused, justly angry Congressional Black Caucus,
to a stunned nation,
to sickened advertisers –
That the television network did not cover what Congress and the Wall
Street Journal have repeatedly named Genocide Against Christians in
Sudan with over 3,000,000 dead?
Citation Note:
This figure of 3,000,000 – up from the usual 2,000,000 – was used by the
New York Times, on July 21, 2005.
Half the dead of the Holocaust are being treated as a non-event about
a non-people.
The HORROR, the HORROR, the HORROR:
The horrific number of 3,000,000 murdered Christians will grow.
FOR EXAMPLE, what happened to the brief news note we saw about 1.5+
million Christians being “herded” into an area where there is no food
and no water? For Genocide-by-starvation. Did they die? The Largest
Boycott in History will find out!
There may be well over four million murdered Black Christians – murdered
to Silence from NBC News, ABC News, CBS News and CNN.

There may never have been a ‘civil war’ in Sudan:
The national media reporters relish the theme of ‘religious nuts
hypocritically killing each other’.
HOWEVER, Mr. and Ms. National Media “Reporter”, If there was a civil
war, then how come there have been no battles? A dozen other
characteristics of any war are not seen here.
How come perhaps 99.5% of the dead are Christian civilians?
This is genocide, not war. That’s why.
(The genocide was a set-up. Black African Christians resisted the
imposition of Shariah law, as Khartoum predicted and desired. This was
the excuse for the genocide. There was never a civil war.)
This is the largest national domestic crisis in memory.
It is larger than New Orleans.
The television networks were too delicate to cover genocide against
millions of Black Christians. Television network executives need to do
some soul searching. There must be some accountability.
Does the television network Boycott target admit that they did not cover
as genocide the Genocide Against Black Africans in western Sudan? Yet
more hundreds of thousands of murdered Black people, plus over 3,000,000
more of our brothers and sisters and children in danger of genocide by
deliberate-starvation.
The source of this second, separate 3,000,000 figure:

anniversary of this U.S. administration’s declaration that there is
Genocide occurring in western Sudan.
Where have we heard this number of 6,000,000 before?
Memo to National TV News: wake up. At long last, men and women of
the national media, do you simply have no sense of shame?
Do you simply have no shame?
Does the television network Boycott target of the advertiser boycott
admit that they did not cover daily anti-Jewish violence in Europe?

Underground Railroad II will amaze and inspire the
world
The Settlement Meetings, in Los Angeles, at the Forum,
must properly include televised hearings by survivors, witnesses and
victims – Black Christians brought from Sudan by Underground Railroad
II, Jews coming from Europe to testify.
Members of the television network parent corporation board of directors
must be present throughout these testimonials, to be televised
worldwide.
In practice, numbers of board members will resign. And should. Mr. VIP,
there is no upside to or recovery from having presided over Silence
about Genocide Against Millions of Black Christians in Sudan. It’s all
over, pal. Your reporters wrecked your career.
It is only fair, and the nation expects it, that the television networks
advance $20 million to finance Underground Railroad II and the hearings
of the victims’ travails.
The NUMBERS: figure $25,000 cost per witness, including Can’t Go Back to
Be Murdered in Sudan costs. No funding, no Settlement Meetings.
The television network cannot obtain any Settlement Meetings to conclude
The Largest Boycott in History until Underground Railroad II has been
set up, by NGOs via the $20 million fund paid in full, is in operation –
and has reporters assigned to it full-time.
Hundreds of Celebrities Travel to the Killing Fields of Sudan – on
worldwide television
Led by, we hope, Rev. Jesse L. Jackson and George E. Curry:
The Largest Boycott in History believes that the nation supports the
requirement for a $20 million advance Fund for a continuing series of
trips to the Killing Fields of Sudan by dozens of celebrities at a time.
U.S. motion picture, television, music, sports, business celebrities –
and celebrities from other nations. And even national leaders.
No funding, no Settlement Meetings.
The NUMBERS: figure $10,000+ cost per celebrity trip.
These trips by celebrities to the Killing Fields of Sudan can include
members of Congress.
Celebrities and members of Congress can meet with the survivors of and
witnesses to year-upon-year of Unreported Genocide.
The March Upcountry: These Historic Trips by World Celebrities to
the Killing Fields of Sudan must have coverage every night on the
broadcast channels of the television networks.
And live on the satellite channels.

We propose that the television networks be expected to embrace this

The American people support that there be no end to The Largest Boycott
in History until the boycott targets finance the $100,000,000 Perpetual
Trust for the Memorial Park to the Complete Annihilation Campaign
Against Black Christians.
NOTE: The U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. has (1) set
up a separate exhibit room dedicated solely to the Genocide Against
Christians in Sudan and to Genocide Against Black Africans in Sudan,
and (2) has protested the media Silence. Jews have suffered as have
Black Christians to a world indifferent to the mass murder of them.

WE PROPOSE THAT:
The Sudanese people are in the room with us
The Largest Boycott in History will systematically invite Sudanese
Christians – a brilliant people – to convey to us their views of What
Needs to Be Done in regard to their surviving the Complete Annihilation
Campaign against them.
Rep. Donald Payne of the Congressional Black Caucus expects the
Genocide Against Christians in Sudan to resume again, if it has even
been suspended, as a guise, to dupe willfully gullible Western
reporters. And willfully gullible members of Congress.
The Genocide Against Black Africans in Sudan proceeds each day. The
crimes proceed with horrors that paper will hardly put up with having
printed on it.
This is the Rape of Nanking in Sudan. This is Bergen-Belsen in
Sudan. This is Saddam’s torture chambers in Sudan.
Currently, our brothers and sisters in Africa are being treated by NBC
News, ABC News, CBS News and CNN as mere, quaint, curiosities rather
than as beleaguered, eloquent, bleeding, human beings.
The people of this nation expect NBC News, ABC News, CBS News and CNN
ask Sudanese people what they need done. We require that our video
cameras be there, to prevent condescending and ‘correct’ coverage of
‘correct’ responses.
If millions of Europeans were being murdered – or merely hundreds of
Europeans were being murdered – there would be daily interviews of
the beleaguered Europeans and their travail and horrors would be treated
on the news daily.
Every White House correspondent of NBC News, ABC News, CBS News and CNN
would be peppering any U.S. administration of any party with a barrage
of “What is the administration doing about……?” questions – and be ever
unsatisfied with the answers.
Let us, therefore, emulate Europeans. Let us establish once and for all
future time for all Black people the same ‘Don’t dare tread on us’
reputation that Caucasians have wisely established for themselves
worldwide. Let us require that the world pay fixed attention. By the
once-in-a-century, history-shaping, Largest Boycott in History.
What would our Sudanese brothers and sisters have us do? Let us ask
them.
It is a reasonable prediction that Sudanese men will prefer manly
responses. They are Black men.
The Largest Boycott in History can require that the television network
publicly state that it will purchase Sudan video news from independent
journalists. Largest Boycott invites such independent reporters to
contact us. This silence about genocide must stop.

A ONCE-IN-A-CENTURY, LARGEST BOYCOTT IN
HISTORY CAN OBTAIN:
60-days of Decision to be Given to the U.S. administration
If the millions murdered and still being murdered were Caucasian,
there would be no excuses by any parties; no conceivable excuse would be
accepted.
Whatever needed to be done would be done with dispatch. So, too, with
us.
We urge you, Rev. Jackson, to lead the nation in refusing to accept any
responses that are ineffective, or dilatory, or off-topic, or lesser
than would be the case for other social groups.
Dislike of the current U.S. administration is hindering efforts to get
done what can be done.
When Colin Powell was Secretary of State, the New York Times reported
that the current U.S. administration was ready to stop the Genocide
Against Black Africans in Sudan. It would have been easy. A
reconnaissance-in-force would have sufficed. A demand might best have
been made then. Let us make the ‘Frederick Douglass’ demand now.
We urge you to call for withholding judgment of the U.S. administration
until the Demand-for-Action Within 60 Days has been made of the
U.S. administration and of Congress.
WE PROPOSE: 60 Days to be from [Date To Be Inserted] to [60 Days Later].
Aggressive questioning at every White House media briefing during the
60 Days
The Largest Boycott in History requires that any television network that
fails to have its White House correspondents engage in persistent,
aggressive questioning at every White House news briefing on what the
administration is doing to stop Genocide in Sudan, pay
$1,000,000-a-day to the Sudanese Christians Genocide Recovery Trust,
for each day of indifference to Genocide Against Black Africans. And
$3,000,000 a day after that.
The Signatories agree that on the matter of Sudan – after having the
two-Genocides issues brought to the attention of a U.S. administration
by the national media as described herein – for any U.S. Administration
of any party to fail to act adequately, would be a greater national
scandal than Watergate.
Therefore: to be the scandal at the top of the evening news every night.
The Signatories are diverse and include those who did not vote for the
current U.S. administration and those voted for the current U.S.
Administration.
