	As Congress, to its credit, calls what is going on in Sudan to be Genocide Against African Christians, The Largest Boycott in History is required to make the following demand. It is a demand that rewards Congress and the nation. It provides a dignified mea culpa for Members of the boards of directors of the television network parent corporations: A great, enjoyable demand that stands to cause all 535 Members of Congress to be daily supporters of The Largest Boycott In History The Largest Boycott in History requires that (1) GE-NBC-MS [Microsoft] NBC/CNBC, (2) Viacom-CBS, (3) Disney-ABC and (4) Time Warner-CNN and News Corp./Fox News and (6) EchoStar and DirecTV create three new television channels: The three new television channels: The Democratic Party Television Channel, The Republican Party Television Channel. And the Congressional Access System TV Channel. The first two channels are given to the Democratic National Committee and the Republican National Committee to do with what they want, 24/7. Including raise money. These are must-carry channels. It is a demand by The Largest Boycott in History. The demand includes a yet-to-be-selected start-date-certain – with million dollar per week late-penalties from each television network parent corporation. Get the three new channels by simply contacting black leaders and asking them to send The Historic Letter. Is a ‘demand’ necessary? Let the television network parent corporation board members respond. The source of the demand is Congress’ assertion that there is Genocide going on against Protestants and Catholics in Sudan - combined with national media silence about it. The Congressional Access Allocation System TV Channel gives each and every member of Congress (and all living former U.S. presidents) – in unchanging alphabetical order forever - a 15-minute ‘say or show anything from anywhere on earth’ television segment, every 5.6 days, every 22.3 days in the 6:00 p.m. to midnight period. It is a de facto, autonomous "60 Minutes" segment. The member of Congress alone chooses the topic and presentation. (The arithmetic: the 535 members of Congress divided by the ninety-six 15-minute segments in each 24 hours = 5.57. And 535 divided by the 24 segments in the 6 p.m. to 12 p.m. segments = 22.29 ). Potluck sponsorship pays equal production costs for each congressperson. Is a boycott really required to create this channel? If so, why? The Congressional Access Allocation System TV Channel is a major, pleasing, new addition to liberal democracy. It stands to be emulated in other nations. In American public life to date, there has not been any public affairs proposal that is supported by all 535 members of Congress. Until this one. Consider how the Congressional Black Caucus would very much like the Congressional Access Allocation System TV Channel. Genocide against black Christians in Sudan would have been a huge national and world issue, not a non-issue…. This demand is of enormous advantage to (1) GE-NBC-MS [Microsoft] NBC/CNBC, (2) Viacom-CBS, (3) Disney-ABC and (4) Time Warner-CNN and News Corp./Fox News. The Members of the boards of directors can say, ‘Wish we’d thought of it.’ This demand by The Largest Boycott in History creates a strategic triple-pincers on the news divisions and reporters who are too busy (after all, a guy killed his wife in Fresno) to report on: 1. Genocide Against Christians in Sudan and, 2. The daily violent anti-Semitic events in Europe. The triple pincers: 1. The Largest Boycott in History itself, and, 2. The United States Congress, and, 3. The Members of the boards of directors of the parent corporations of the television networks. Top Historically, there is no social instrument more powerful than a major boycott In all of these regards, as you would know, there is no social instrument more powerful than a major boycott. Only a nation-state is more powerful than a major boycott. The British Empire was twice brought down by major boycotts, that of the U.S. Colonials and the boycotts of British goods by India. A stern, intellectually convinced, and angry government is often powerless before a major boycott. For example, the great Montgomery Bus Boycott. There is no example in history of a corporation not giving in to a major boycott. They always surrender. There is no issue here of which side will win. Very few endeavors in life are a slam dunk. An accusation of media silence about (1) Genocide Against Christians in Sudan, and about (2) an unacceptable media silence about the new violent and intimidating anti-Semitism in Europe, to lead to surrender by the television networks, may be seen as a slam-dunk. What do you think? 	Black leaders can adopt the worldwide 'Not Lesser for Black People' Principle. Currently, of the various races on earth, only white people have established their 'rep' as a race that will reach across oceans to stop any white people from being murdered in the mass. No other race does this. This 'rep' is worth emulating. Black leaders can now establish that there are two races that will reach across oceans to stop mass murder of their race.
