The Largest Boycott in History requires
(read: demands) that (1)
GE-NBC-Universal-MSNBC[Microsoft]/CNBC-Telemundo (2) Viacom-CBS, (3)
Disney-ABC and (4) Time Warner-CNN offer a slew of LBH-to-be-named
columnists a paid, two-minute to three-minute, Commentary slots.
These will be from five-times-a-week to once-per-month.
These commentaries are to be live from the news broadcast stage itself or a
taped delivery from anywhere on the planet, whatever the columnist wants.
When we were mulling over this idea, a colleague noted that the demand
would cause "apoplectic, purple-faced, veins-popping fury at the broadcast
television networks."
Then we knew that it was the right thing to do. Plus, the fun thing to
do!

The American people enjoy watching big media, pompous-oids go
whacky-doodle. There is no institution more loathed in America today than
the major media epitomized by CBS, NBC, ABC and CNN.
The newscasts and public affairs casts of these television networks are
hermetically-sealed entities that will be shattered by rude, contrary and
"incorrect" comments by rude, disrespectful columnists.
These columnists can talk on any topics they want, including giving media
reviews.
These columnists better keep their social calendars wide open for the
social invitations that will pour in from your new colleagues at the
television networks! Just think of the intellectual discussions together
far into the night!
Columnists can be nominated. It is considered good form to nominate
yourself.
Among those nominated already by disrespectful persons at TLBH.
These nominations are without the knowledge, solicitation or permission of
the nominees.

murderers of over two million Christians in Sudan. As Human Rights
Watch’s Carroll Bogert notes in the Wall Street Journal, May 26, 2004,
in her piece titled SOS Sudan, the Sudanese militia committing crimes
against humanity must be “brought to justice.”

(3) Disney-ABC and (4)
Time Warner-CNN to write off the over

Perhaps future POTUS? The Largest Boycott in History wonders if the
fiduciary responsibilities of board members of the television network
parent corporations have been so egregiously ignored, that the SEC, the
FCC, and the states and the institutional holders should confer about
lawsuits. The failure to report on Genocide Against Christians in Sudan
is against the fiduciary duties of board members to the stockholders.
